Unique Art Deco French Carved Dining Table with Chairs
About the Item
Stunning 1930s French carved and stepped dining room table and six matching chairs. High deco carvings on four facets of table and on each chair back. Made out of exotic African Padauk wood. Stepped chair feet and chair sides, with unusual center cut-out relief and faceted seat front wood detailing.
Restored to its original beauty, this dining room table has a center leaf that's been recreated to match the original table. The chairs have been reupholstered in a luxurious crimson leather by a master upholsterer.
Measurements:
Without the leaf the length is 59" L.
With the leaf the table is 77" L.
46 1/2" W x 29 1/2" T.
Fluted pedestal base is 23" square.
The chairs 41" T x 18" W x 18" D.
Seat height of 18".
