Vintage French Leather Book Side Table or End Table Opens for Built-in Storage
About the Item
Unique end or side table with a hidden storage compartment made to look like an ordinary book. We had a local artisan hand fabricate a steel base to end table height. The book is in completely original condition and the leather is still supple and thin like calf skin while the interior shows a nice original patina. There were various opinions on the age that ranged from 1900-1940. We have two more books available one in red and the other tan. The book without the base costs $980.
