English George II Period Provincial Oak Lowboy with Original Brasses

About the Item

An English George II period provincial oak lowboy or dressing table of typical form, the overhanging top with a molded edge above 3 fitted drawers over a shaped apron. The piece is supported on cabriole legs ending in shaped pad feet. Appears to retain its original brasses. A good example of a classic form from the middle of the 18th century.
