Arts & Crafts Oak Server Alta Table with a Finely Carved Centre Panel of Vines

About the Item

Arthur Simpson of Kendal attributed. A fine quality Arts and Crafts Gothic Revival style oak Altar, serving or buffet table with a finely carved center panel of fruiting vines, flanked by fielded panels with subtly arched details to the top, and five finely carved crosses to the top surface. The interior behind has open storage with a supporting stretcher to the lower back, this area could also be converted into a number of bespoke uses.
