A stainless steel ball is embedded within a 3 1/2" thick transparent blue resin tabletop. Available in other colors. Each angle surprises with its myriad optical illusions created by the light bouncing off the ball within the liquid texture of the resin. Designed in 2007, Manufactured 2015 Made-to-order in New York City. Require 50% deposit and then remainder to be paid prior to shipping. Lead time approximately 12 weeks.

    Cube 01.1 is a side table inspired by Sol LeWitt’s Incomplete open cubes, an art collection demonstrating 122 possibilities to construct an unfinished cube. Sol LeWitt was a famous American conceptual artist and founding father of minimalism as an art form. Throughout his career LeWitt moved many people with his modest yet fantastic works of art. This source of inspiration led to the design of cube 01. The combination of both natural and Industrial materials gives cube 01 its powerful edginess.
