A circa 1970s natural wicker and rattan elephant side table with removable serving tray.
Finely crafted Bohemian chic at its most charming and timeless, with an artfully hand-woven natural wicker form accented by painted eyes and bent rattan tusks. Removable oval wood-backed wicker tray reveals a pedestal top; its very slightly lighter tone than the rest of the piece speaks to the handsome pachyderm’s naturally acquired and authentic “suntanned” vintage character.
Sports its original subtle protective clear coat. Dimensions listed are overall. Elephant and base without tray is H 20 in. x W 23.25 in. x D 10.5 in. Tray itself is H 1.63 in. x W 24.25 in. x D 16.25 in.

- Condition:Wear consistent with age and use. In very good vintage condition. Light signs of age/wear to wicker only around lower portion of sides of base, with some lightly scuffed bottom corners and the only noticeable split being at very bottom at back left. Tiny mark on tip of left tusk.
