George III Mahogany Tilt Top Table, circa 1760

About the Item

George III mahogany tilt top table with a ribbon and leaf carved edge, raised on a carved and turned center post, with three out-swept cabriole legs with acanthus leaf carved knees. It has a brass sliding latch lock mechanism that keeps the table top stationary when open. The table measures 44.5"H x 29" W when folded. N.P. Trent has been a respected name in antiques for over 30 years with a large collection of period furniture, art and decorative accessories.
