About the Item
Presented here is a rare and beautiful little vanity desk, designed in the style of Giò Ponti and produced in Italy during the 1940s. Skillfully crafted from solid wood, it is a timeless design piece that expresses pure elegance through its essential shapes.
Two drawers on each side, paired to the tilting mirror underneath the top, make this an ideal piece to set up a bedroom or powder room, both in a private residence or in a boutique hotel.
The piece has been professionally restored by a wood artisan to recover its original and uniform finish, which was showing minor but uneven fading due to time. It is now in perfect conditions and ready for your enjoyment.
