One day, a group of mermaids stumbled upon the fountain. They had been swimming upriver when they spotted the glimmering water and decided to investigate. As they approached, they saw how perfect the fountain would be as a new home for them. The water was clean and clear, and the surrounding vegetation provided plenty of places to hide and play.
Excited by their discovery, the mermaids swam around the fountain, singing and splashing. They leapt into the air and dove beneath the water, exploring every inch of their new home. They discovered that the fountain had a secret passage that led to a small underground cave, which they decided would be their bedroom.
Days turned into weeks, and the mermaids settled into their new home. They spent their days swimming and playing in the fountain, enjoying the warm sun and cool water.The mermaids had brought a new magic to the fountain, and everyone who visited felt happier and more joyful because of it.
