‘Desert Rose’ Selenite Crystal Formation

A large desert rose selenite crystal formation. Selenite, also known as satin spar, desert rose, or gypsum flower are four crystal structure varieties of the mineral gypsum. The specimen originates from the deserts of Mexico. Mounted on a plinth, this interesting formation would make for a decorative piece on display in any home, or perhaps for a collector. Additional Information Comes with an exclusive extra large custom-made neoclassical style turned display plinth – ø40cm x height 13cm. Overall dimensions are for specimen and base.
