French Art Nouveau Terracotta Wall Plaque, Early 20th Century

French Art Nouveau terracotta wall plaque, France, early 20th. Wood gatherer in the windy countryside. In country dress, hood and clogs, a bundle of branches on her shoulder. In the right foreground, a bush, and behind, a tree. In the distance, behind the slope of the hill, we can make out a house, and perhaps a mill. Green patina. Measures: Height: 16.5"(42cm), Width: 9.25" (23.5cm), Depth: 1.2"(3cm).
