This is a very attractive aquarel drawing by the artist Hiroshi Nakaema. Not a lot can be found on the artist's background leaving us only with the appreciation of the piece of art. What I like about the painting is its minimalism and the mysticism. The geisha-like figure sitting cross-legged leaning her head against a support with next to this a head of an animal that looks like a horse. You can look for a long time at this painting and everytime see something else. Is it a geisha or is it maybe a person in a bathhouse (onsen) with a towel on his / her head (isn't the arm a ltille too thick for a geisha?).
