A set of four matted and maple framed colored engravings depicting colonial America, three Wall Street, New York views, and one harbor view of steamer ship Isaac Newton. The colored engravings depict the vibrant history of Wall Street during the late 1700s The meticulous details of the colonial architecture and cobblestone streets transport you to an era where merchants in tricorn hats haggle over commodities, and horse-drawn carriages traverse the bustling financial heart of early America. The warm, muted tones evoke a sense of nostalgia, capturing the essence of a bygone era when Wall Street was still in its infancy. The set includes "Steamer Isaac Newton"; "Street Views No.2 Wall Street" by W. Hoogland after C. Burton; "Wall Street in 1850". by D.
