1950s Abstract Painting RKM
About the Item
One of several pieces offered by the artist who signed their work, RKM. Purchased from a beautiful modern home in Briarcliff Manor, NY. The painstaking paint build up and careful hard edge rendering denotes an accomplished, trained hand. The medium is acrylic on canvas board, circa 1950-1960. Signed lower right, RKM.
Measure: 17" high x 36" wide. Overall dimensions with frame are 20" high x 39" wide. Framing treatment consists of a simple brown wood molding.
Good overall condition with wear consistent with age.
