After Emil RAU (1858-1937) A Fischer and Mieg Porcelain Plaque, second half of the 19th century painted with a tavern scene of two gentlemen in lederhosen enjoying a pipe and some ale, accompanied by a young maiden, all before a window with a mountain vista, signed C Bauer impressed F&M, within a giltwood and gesso frame, Porcelain sight size: 12.37 x 12.25 in. (31.43 x 31.1 cm.) Size with frame Height 21.25 in. (53.97 cm.), width 21 in. (53.34 cm).
