About the Item
Landscape of a plain in watercolor on paper. This painting of warm colors reveals a tree-like vegetation that seems to move to the rhythm of the wind.
Created by the French painter Louis Alphonse Combe-Velluet (1842-1902). It was part of the Salon des artistes français and obtained an honorable mention at the Universal Exhibition in Paris in 1889.
Signed « Combe Velluet ».
