French Framed Oil on Canvas Still-Life Painting Signed Morin, Depicting Fruits

About the Item

A French framed oil on canvas still-life painting from the 19th century depicting fruits, signed Morin. Created in France during the 19th century, this oil on canvas painting features mouth-watering cherries and prunes displayed in wicker baskets and flanked with a copper strainer and a green glazed French Provincial jug. Perfectly composed and receiving all the light from the left angle, the painting is signed Morin lower left. Set inside a carved giltwood frame with foliage motifs, this 19th century French painting will enliven any wall beautifully, perhaps hung above a commode, buffet or console table.
