A lovely portrait sketch by Oklahoma artist Clair Seglem. This piece depicts a woman with short dark hair and a light blue v neck shirt. This piece is on blue paper. Measures: 18" x 24"
About the artist:
This piece is by the late Oklahoma artist and retired Air Force man Clair Seglem. Seglem painted into his 1990s before passing at his Oklahoma residence. He was known for his striking portraits and still life paintings.
