Oil on masonite painting of the interior of a grain warehouse by Robert Lavin. Robert Lavin (1919-1997) Born in New York City, he attended the National Academy of Art, where he studied as a painter. He painted in the American Social Realist style of the 1930's. His works portrayed industry and workers.
