Rural scene depicting two white-coated cows one of which is lying down and the other standing surrounded by dark nature.
The painting is unsigned but can be placed, by the type of painting, in the scenario of Piedmontese painters of the early 1900'
Accomplished with decisive and expert strokes the scene is extraordinarily realistic and beautiful.
Accompanied by a gorgeous and important coeval carved and gilded gold-leaf frame.
Both the painting and the frame are in excellent conservation condition.
