Wonderfully illustrated and detailed original oil painting artwork by an artist signed J. Taylor who we believe to be an English artist working around the late Victorian time c1880. Entitled "The Graphic". The subject is of a studious gentlemen reading a newspaper of the time entitled 'The Graphic'. The artwork is encased in a wonderfully detailed and profiled gilt frame with a hand scripted plaque bearing the lettering of his name sake. Complete with signature in the bottom left of the piece.
