AS A PHOTOGRAPHER, THERE’S FREEDOM; HOWEVER, FOR ME, THESE LAST 5 YEARS – BEING PERMANENTLY BACK IN NEW YORK – HAVE ALLOWED ME FINALLY TO FEEL CREATIVELY FREE. I’M VERY LUCKY TO BE LIVING IN WESTBETH IN THE WEST VILLAGE, NYC. I’VE HAD GALLERY EXHIBITS IN CALIFORNIA AND IN NEW YORK AND CONTINUE WITH MY REGULAR SHOOTING AND PERSONAL WORK. CALIFORNIA WAS A PARTIAL HOME FOR 35 YEARS; I WAS BICOASTAL WITH NEW YORK AS A SECOND HOME. I OFTEN VISIT MARTHA’S VINEYARD, WHERE I FEEL EVERY OTHER STEP IS A PHOTOGRAPH. THE PHOTOGRAPHS I DO OF NEW YORK, CALIFORNIA, AND MARTHA’S VINEYARD HAVE MADE ME SO AWARE OF THE SAYING, “EVERY PHOTOGRAPH SAYS A THOUSAND WORDS.”
