About the Item
Depicting a happy viking holding some of the cities key landmarks, this poster was created in 1957 to promote tourism to Olso, the capital of Norway. Reading "Norway's Viking Capital", the charming design by Norwegian artist Knut Yran has wonderful colour.
The rare design is a wonderful mid century marvel and looks fantastic framed, the piece has been backed on museum quality linen to ensure its preservation for the decades to come.
