Set of 4 french political posters from Mai 1968 period.

Offset printing. ca.1980/1990. Size: 800 x 620 mm.
Poster whose graphic design comes from the period known as "May 1968" in France, during which numerous demonstrations, strikes and student youth movements took place. Many slogans illustrated with drawings were created during this period and have become real historical memories of this special time.
These are reprints from the 1990s. Originally, the May '68 posters were printed in silk-screen and in smaller formats. The set presented here was accompanied by posters bearing the words "Imprimerie Spéciale", which since the 1930s had been the printing house of the PC and the Jeunesses Communistes in France, and "Imprimerie Rotographie" created in 1976 around the newspaper Rouge. No other information on these offset prints accompanied the series.
