Original vintage British Railways travel poster for Sunny Worthing on the south coast of England featuring a great design depicting a music conductor rising from a tulip flower with a lady at the seaside holding up a ball on the sandy beach in the background, the bold stylised title lettering against the sky above and rest of the text - Sunshine, music, flowers and sport Fast electric trains from London (Victoria) Through trains from the West and South Wales Free guide from publicity officer Town Hall - with the British Railways logo below. Printed in Great Britain by Leonard Ripley and Co Ltd. Good condition, several restored tears, large tear through image on bottom edge, restored creasing, minor staining, backed on linen.
