Set includes: - Plate 70 - Kriegsrustung a.d.1 ten H. des 16 ten Jahrh (War Armour from the 1st century of the 16th Century - marked C. Regnier in lower right). Full suit of ornate armor for man and horse.. Chromolithograph from Jakob Heinrich von Hefner-Altenecks Costumes, Artworks and Appliances from the Middle Ages to the 17th Century, Frankfurt, 1889 - Wilhelm, Grafzu Furstenberg + 1549 (Wilhelm, Count of Furstenberg, died 1549 - marked C. Regnier under helmet). Portrait of William IV, Count of Furstenberg, 1491-1549. He wears a black leather hood (worn under the helmet) and cuirass and cuisses in steel edged with brass. Under the armour is a chainmail tunic and red velvet doublet. He has a two-handed sword, a sword and dagger.
