About the Item

This is the 1892 artist proof edition of 200 signed by the artist, Douglas Adams. Douglas Adams (1853-1920) was a London based landscape painter exhibiting at various galleries between 1880 and 1904. Adams specialized in Highland landscapes, often including sporting elements in his images. This signed print, being one of only 200, was published by Thos. McLean and depicts a highlands fly-fishing scene. Measures: Print size: 25”x 15.5” Framed size: 40”x 30”.
