About the Item

Holloway, Thomas, 1748-1827 Holloway was apprenticed to a seal engraver named Stent at a young age. He went on to study engraving at the Royal Academy beginning in 1773. He became a court engraver in 1792. 33.8 x 27 cm 2 fine portraits on one leaf.
