This is a beautiful piece of wall art by Mexican artist Pepe Mendoza. Known for his use of bronze, Pepe Mendoza's famous Sun Face sculpture features radiant Bronze and Malachite Turquoise. Pepe Mendoza Studio Pieces where made in small production batches in Mexico. The piece is marked "made in Mexico" on the back.Circa 1958. This is a gorgeous wall hanging that will stand out and add dimension and color to a picture wall. Hang inside amongst paintings, add excitement to a cactus garden or on an outside wall as a warm welcome. We have 2 available and a pair on either side of a doorway would be astounding.
