Superb, Unique "Father Time" Art Deco Clock, Wood Inlay
About the Item
Extremely fine, made in America, Germany or France, this "Father Time" electric wall clock is a masterpiece of wood and brass inlay. Using a series of hardwoods such as burled walnut and figured maple, the clock face features a winged father time figure, holding scythe and hourglass, with a Classic Art Deco foliate motif to one side. The clock is operational.
