A blue poppies art-deco style bracelet by Ilgiz F, the bracelet consisted of twenty panels depicting blue poppies with champlevé enamelled petals and black enamelled peduncles, on a diamond pave-set background, the diamonds weighing 3.88 carats in total, all mounted in 18ct gold with a box-snap clasp, made by Ilgiz Fazulzyanov, hallmarked 18ct gold, London 2014, measuring approximately 18.5cm long and 1.25cm wide, gross weight 57.8 grams. This bracelet is in perfect condition. This exquisite bracelet comes from the collection of Bentley & Skinner, the London jewellers by appointment to both Her Majesty the Queen and His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales and was made by Ilgiz Fazulzyanov, a widely recognized master in the art of jewellery and particularly enamelwork. This bracelet features twenty panel links depicting enamelled blue poppies with black enamel details and a sparkling pave-set diamond background. The Himalayan blue poppy is native to China, Bhutan, and Tibet. With this bracelet, Ilgiz F. references the Eastern cultures that he often draws inspiration from. The poppies are finely enamelled and are designed in a geometric style inspired by the Art Deco period.
