Vintage Multicolored Tourmaline Large Link Maine Bracelet

About the Item

An incredible and unique Vintage multi-colored tourmaline link Maine bracelet from the 1950s era! This bold piece features 9 substantial natural stone links that rest in a 14kt yellow gold setting, each one connected together to create a straight but flexible design. The smoothy polished stones alternate in size with the 5 larger stones exhibiting a wonderful semi-opaque quality, and the 4 smaller sized stones providing a more translucent appeal. Most of the larger tourmaline stones are multi-colored, exhibiting wonderful pinks, purples, greens, light blues, and golden brown hues. Each smaller stone displays singular colors including rich orange and seafoam green hues. All of the stones rest in an open back prong setting, allowing the light to filter in and catch the inclusions that create a sparkling array with every turn. The bracelet fastens at a hook and loop clasp that features a safety chain with a spring-ring clasp for extra security. This statement bracelet creates a fabulous and bold look when worn, and would make a striking addition to any fashionista's collection! The bracelet measures approximately 7.25" long, about 3/4" wide at the widest, and is about 1/2" thick. It would fit nicely on a medium-to-average sized wrist. The overall condition of the bracelet is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting. Each tourmaline link is intact and securely set. The clasp and safety chain with the spring ring clasp are secure and in good working order.
