18 Karat Yellow Gold Round and Baguette Diamond Maple Leaf Brooch
About the Item
Same style as the one we often see worn by Queen Elizabeth II, maple leaf brooches are quite symbolic in English culture. This is one brooch style that the Queen loves and wears quite a lot. The brooch was passed down to her from Queen Elizabeth, The Mother, who received it from her husband George VI in advance of their wildly successful Canadian tour in 1939. Canadian maple leaves symbolize unity, tolerance, and peace.
This lovely brooch is made in 18K Yellow gold, encrusted with round cut pave set diamonds and channel set with baguette cut stones. All diamonds are of G-H color and on average VS clarity.
