1900s Antique 1.84 Carat Diamond and Platinum Brooch

About the Item

A stunning antique 1900s 1.84 carat diamond and platinum brooch; part of our diverse antique jewelry and estate jewelry collections. This stunning, fine and impressive diamond brooch has been crafted in platinum. The pierced decorated, oval shaped frame is ornamented with a feature 0.75Ct Old European round cut diamond, bezel set to the center of a trelliswork design. The feature diamond is flanked on either side with a slightly smaller individually bezel set Old European round cut diamonds. The brooch is embellished with four tied ribbon motifs, and embellished with a further four bezel set Old European round cut diamonds and one hundred pavé set Dutch cut diamonds. The millegrain decorated brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and clasp. This antique diamond brooch has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as platinum. The brooch is supplied with an independent diamond grading certificate for the feature diamond in addition to an independent diamond grading report card for the supporting stones. Images do not always reflect the true color and brilliance of gemstones and diamonds. The video however provides a truer representation of the actual color and showcases each stone. Condition This stunning antique brooch is exceptional quality set with very high color graded old cut diamonds. The brooch is a very good gauge of platinum and is in excellent condition.
