1930s Antique 4.65 Carat Diamond and Platinum Plaque Brooch

A stunning, fine and impressive antique 4.65 carat diamond and platinum plaque brooch; part of our diverse antique jewelry and estate jewelry collections. This stunning, fine and impressive antique diamond brooch has been crafted in platinum. The pierced decorated, elliptical platinum frame is ornamented with a central feature bezel set 0.68Ct Old European round cut diamond. The principle stone is surrounded with eight petal-shaped motifs embellished with a total of thirty-two Old European cut supporting diamonds, creating a floral motif to the centre of the design. The central floral motif is encompassed with the outer elliptical frame, which features a further sixty-four Old European round cut pavé set diamonds. The upper and lower portions of the impressive pierced decorated frame are each ornamented with a curvilinear encasing motif, adding further depth to the stunning design. The impressive design secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and sheath style fastening. This antique diamond plaque brooch has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as platinum. This impressive antique diamond brooch is supplied with an independent diamond grading report certificate for the feature stone, in addition to an independent diamond grading report card for the supporting stones. Images do not always reflect the true color and brilliance of gemstones and diamonds. The video however provides a truer representation of the actual color and showcases each stone. Condition This stunning antique diamond plaque brooch is exceptional quality, set with a stunning feature diamond displaying a fine white color, brilliance and presence.
