Brooches Are The New Hot Accessory This Season And We've Got You Covered! Circa 1970's, this Lea Stein bow tie brooch features a gorgeous glitter flake effect in burgundy, orange and a cool blue/grey. Shaped into the perfect structured bow tie, this brooch is 100% celluloid and Made in Paris, France.
Note: Along with her husband, Fernand, Stein developed an innovative technique of layering thin cellulose sheets and then laminating the piece to allow for great variety in color and texture. Reference: European Designer Jewelry by Ginger Moro, pp. 105-109.
