About the Item
Retro 14K yellow gold custom made brooch - set with one hexagonal cut pink crystal (approx. 24 carats - 20 mm. x 17 mm. x 13 mm. deep) - surrounded by gold chased sprigs of clover and six claw set clear crystals (approx. 1/3 carat total - 2 mm. diameter each) - beautifully finished back with twisted rope detail - original pin with custom spring hinge and 'c' catch - signed 'A.M.' (unidentified maker) - acid tested for gold purity - Italy (likely) - circa 1960's.
Excellent vintage condition - couple of chips to the pink crystal (likely an older crystal reset in this brooch) - no loss - no damage - no repairs - signs of age and use - ready to wear.
