A breathtaking 18K diamond encrusted sapphire enamel flower brooch pendant by Toliro Italy. This piece is a true work of art and boasts bright yellow gold scallops, diamond studded white gold embellishments, and a dazzling sapphire halo. The focal point features a vibrant 3-rose design made with cobalt blue and pink enamel. All the intricate details are arranged in an elongated marquise shape that wear vertically as a pendant, and horizontally as a brooch. The backside has been stamped 'Taliro Italy 18K', and the gold has been acid tested for authenticity. In amazing vintage condition with minimal wear or discoloration.
