An impressive vintage 0.78 carat diamond and 0.43 carat sapphire, 0.29 carat emerald and 0.62 carat ruby and 18 karat gold spray brooch; part of our diverse gemstone jewelry collections. This fine and impressive 1960s gemstone brooch has been crafted in 18k yellow gold with 18k white gold settings. The brooch has been modelled in the form of a basket and bouquet of flowers. The basket is embellished with a column of six channel set square step cut blue sapphires, and accented with a pierced decorated repeating chevron design. The rim and base of the basket is set with a total of nineteen pavé set modern brilliant round cut diamonds. The floral spray is embellished with a further thirty-nine 18k white gold pavé and collet set modern brilliant round cut diamonds. The four feature flower-heads within the bouquet are represented by two rubies, an emerald and a blue sapphire, all cabochon cut and collet set to the design. The brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and clasp, and is hallmarked to the lower border of the reverse setting with the 18k gold fineness mark. This vintage 1960s spray brooch is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card. Images do not always reflect the true color and brilliance of gemstones and diamonds. Condition This impressive gemstone bouquet and basket brooch is exceptional quality set with emerald, ruby, sapphire and very well colour matched, very high colour graded diamonds. The brooch is an exceptional gauge of gold and is in excellent condition with a clear hallmark to the reverse of the setting.
