Vintage DRAGON brooch by Rèja NY, vermeil sterling silver, rhinestone, 1940s USA

About the Item

I love this animal series from Rèja NY from the 1940s All bodies of the animals are presented with a larg cut rinstone. Worked in sterling silver and gold plated. They date frm the early 1940s USA. Very rare collector pieces, you can nearly no more find. Measurement: W 6,2 cm, H 3.5 cm, D 1,2 cm. The aqua rhinestone L 2,5 cm x H 1,8 cm x D 1,2 cm. Very good condition. The small Rèja Dragon 5 cm x 2,5 cm ABOUT RÉJA Founded by Sol Finkelstein in 1939, Deja Costume Jewelry, Inc. of New York changed its name to the Re´ja Jewelry Co. in 1941. Up until production ceased in 1952, it created many pieces of exceptional design and craftmanship. Although best know for its dramatic figural pin, human, animal, fish, bird and insect designs:W 5,5 cm, H about 3 cm, D 1 cm. The polished aqua rhinestone 2,5 cm x 1,8 cm. Very good condition.
