About the Item
Large scale 1950's sterling silver cufflinks with inlaid malachite design created by Enrique Ledesma of Taxco, Mexico. Cufflinks measure .75" by 1" and are signed Ledesma, Taxco, Mexico, 232. In good vintage condition showing some wear conducive with age.
Ledesma worked for the Spratling, Aquilar and Los Castillo Tallers before opening his own shop. He is known for his superb inlay of stones in silver, mostly obsidian.
