Early Victorian Citrine Gold Necklace Pin Pendant Earring Set

About the Item

An incredible citrine necklace, pin/pendant and earring set from the early Victorian (1850) era! This fabulous 3-piece set consists of an ornate link necklace, a complimentary pin/pendant and matching clip-on earrings. Each piece is made of vibrant 15kt yellow gold and carries a royal design with beautiful citrines. The necklace is comprised of 10 links which have a large center stone surrounded by a flowing scrolled and leaf gold frame. Hanging between the links are gold vessels which hang in a festoon style, carrying around the entire length of the necklace. A secure clasp is incorporated into the design, hidden beneath a citrine link. Each earring is portrayed by a matching citrine design with a rectangular shaped stone topper surrounded by a flowing gold frame and a teardrop stone dangling from the bottom. Secure clips can be found on the back of each earring; these could be converted to posts or wires if desired. The large pin can also be attached to the necklace and worn as a beautiful pendant. It carries a complimentary design with 3 teardrop citrine stones dangling from the bottom. On the back is simple bail along with a secure pin clasp, allowing it to easily be worn either way. The entire set comes in its original box. This incredibly gorgeous 3-piece set would be a fabulous and special addition to any collection! Measurements: Each earring hangs 2" long, is 5/8" wide and 3/8" thick. The necklace measures approximately 15.5" long. The pin/pendant measures 2 1/2" long, 2" wide and 3/8" thick.

Wear consistent with age and use. The overall condition of the set is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, including a few unnoticeable, small chips in the citrine and wear to the gold, there is no serious damage. The necklace clasp, pin clasp and the earring clips are secure.
