French Art Deco 1920 Dangle Tassels Earrings in 18kt Gold with Jade and Pearls
About the Item
French art deco tassels dangle earrings.
Fabulous pair of tassel drop earrings, created in Paris France during the art deco period, circa 1920. This delicate pieces has been crafted in yellow gold of 18 karats and fitted with post for pierced ears and mechanical push backs. Extremely rare pieces with gorgeous craftsmanship with all the original gemstones from the stated period.
Green Jade: Mount with a pair of oval cabochon cuts (14 x 10 x 5 mm) of natural green semi translucent Jadeite jade, with 11.34 carats.
Black Jade: Mount with four cabochon cuts carved from black jade, 1.5 carats.
Pearls: Mount in 36 tassels with 304 natural semi round seed white pearls.
Weight: 9.75 Grams, (6.25 Dwt).
Measurements: 65 mm by 15 mm (2.55 x 0.59 Inches).
Hallmarks: Stamped with French marks. the eagle head for the assay and warranty of the 18kt gold and the maker's maitre cartouche B.P inside a lozenge.
Collateral: They are accompanied by the original presentation jewelry box from the period.
Condition: The overall condition of these earrings are excellent. Beside the little normal wear, there is no damage to the gold. All gemstones are secured in the settings. This piece has been carefully inspected to guarantee the condition and authenticity.
