Italian 1960 Venetian Enameled Pendant Amphora Bottle for Perfume in 18kt Gold

About the Item

Enameled pendant scent perfume amphora bottle. Gorgeous vintage piece, created in Venice Italy during the mid century period, back in the 1960. This beautiful three-dimensional pendant perfume bottle has been crafted in the shape of an amphora in solid yellow gold of 18 karats with textured and polished finish. Fitted on top with a screw lid with a post to apply the perfume or scent and is embellished with an outstanding bouquet of flowers made up by applications of colorful enamels. This amphora is decorated with blue enamel and fitted with two side handles. This piece can be easily displayed in a chain or a charm's bracelet. Weight: 18.4 Grams, (11.79 Dwt). Measurements: 29 mm by 52 mm (1.14 x 2.05 Inches). Hallmarks: Stamped with the maker's mark, the gold assay mark and signed, "BREV .750". Note: The term BREV, is usually stamped on gold jewelry and other gold pieces made in Italy. It is an abbreviation for "brevetto", which in Italy means that the designed jewelry piece and the specific technique is licensed or patented.
