About the Item
A Sterling Silver Vintage Castlecliff Sapphire Paste Necklace inspired by Renaissance jewellery styles. The delicate sterling silver scroll and leaf motif setting making the perfect backdrop for the tiny clear chaton pastes and trio of deep sapphire blue paste stones. A fancy patterned chain, with craftmanship and style reminiscent of art deco design finishes the piece to perfection. A rarer piece of exquisitely designed Castlecliff jewellery in forever classic blue and white hues. Elegance and sophistication abound.
Castlecliff was established in the heart of NYC by Clifford First and Joseph Bobley in 1918, more than a century ago. Drawing inspiration from a plethora of eras, notably Gothic, Art Deco and the Renaissance era, Castlecliff’s jewels are coveted for their creativity, style and craftmanship.
Vintage Condition: Very good without damage or noteworthy wear.
