About the Item
Stylish and finely detailed Art Nouveau drop necklace (circa 1900s to 1910s) crafted in 14 karat yellow gold.
One estimated .75 carat amethyst, 6mm x 3.5mm to 9mm x 3mm sawtooth pearls and enamel are set into the necklace. The amethyst is in very good condition and free of cracks or chips. Note: slight chip to enamel.
The beautifully made Art Nouveau necklace highlights the faceted center set oval amethyst with accenting purple and white enamel. Natural pearls are set in a fringe style to the base. The necklace measures 15 1/2 inches and sits nicely at the nape of the neck.
The necklace is in good original condition with minor loss to the enamel .
