About the Item
This exceptional necklace with a large amethyst in the most magnificent colour is mounted as a slide.
On the reverse of the slide the necklace is signed with the sunflower for Child & Child. The two ends of the gold sautoir are decorated with amethyst drops mounted in green enamelled settings in the shape of leaves, each embellished with a diamond.
The necklace features the colours favoured by the suffragette movement, purple, green and white.
The gold chain has been extended with a slightly different gold chain.
