Liberty & Co Arts and Crafts Silver, Citrine and Enamel Necklace Circa 1910

About the Item

A vibrant Arts and Crafts silver, citrine and enamel necklace designed as four petalled flower heads, made by Liberty and Co. circa 1910. Showing eye-catching iridescent enamelling in emerald green and copper tones this delightful necklet comprises of four stylised floral panels each connected by fine silver belcher chain sections. With a design number ‘8968’, it can be seen in a book of Liberty & Co. sketches kept at the V&A museum in London in the National Art Library and would most likely of been crafted by Haseler's who made much of Liberty's silver jewellery. The enamel is unchipped and retains its original vibrancy. The gems are all original and remain securely set. the bar clasp opes and closes securely.
