About the Item
A vibrant Arts and Crafts silver, citrine and enamel necklace designed as four petalled flower heads, made by Liberty and Co. circa 1910. Showing eye-catching iridescent enamelling in emerald green and copper tones this delightful necklet comprises of four stylised floral panels each connected by fine silver belcher chain sections. With a design number ‘8968’, it can be seen in a book of Liberty & Co. sketches kept at the V&A museum in London in the National Art Library and would most likely of been crafted by Haseler's who made much of Liberty's silver jewellery.
