About the Item

An impressive vintage 1950s 6.05 carat aquamarine and 18 karat yellow gold pendant / brooch; part of our diverse aquamarine jewelry and estate jewelry collections. This fine and impressive vintage aquamarine pendant has been crafted in 18k yellow gold. The curvilinear frame is embellished with a textured surface. The incurve of the lower portion of the pendant displays a cluster of nine individually four claw set cushion cut aquamarines. The upper incurve displays a further five pavé set cushion cut aquamarines. The brooch suspends from a contemporary 18k yellow gold 18" fine curb chain via a flared and fluted ring loop attachment, securing with a conventional spring loaded bolt ring fastening. The pendant may also be worn as brooch via a hinged pin and clasp fastening to the reverse. The reverse of the frame is struck with the 18k gold fineness hallmark 750 and maker's mark. This aquamarine pendant necklace in yellow gold has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 18k gold. The pendant is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card. Images do not always reflect the true color and brilliance of gemstones and diamonds. The video however provides a truer representation of the actual color and showcases each stone. Condition This impressive vintage pendant brooch is fine quality set with impressive aquamarines. The pendant is a very good gauge of gold and is in excellent condition with hallmarks to the reverse.
