About the Item
Finely detailed vintage Art Deco drop necklace (circa 1920s to 1930s), crafted in 14 karat white gold.
The drop is set with an estimated 0.04 carat Old European cut diamond (estimated at H-I color and SI1 clarity).
The die-struck necklace features intricate and lacy filigree detail. The chain is comprised of longer bar links attached to smaller round links. The necklace measures 17 inches and sits nicely at the nape of the neck. The filigree necklace was very popular during the era and is a wonderful example of Art Deco era jewelry. It would make an ideal gift to the bride or a special piece of antique jewelry to pass down through the generations.
The necklace is in very good original condition. It has not been cleaned in order to preserve the patina and collector value.
